Bluestone Local, a division of Bluestone Chemical LLC, respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through bluestonelocal.com, how we use it and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you request a Quick Score, a Visibility Snapshot or a founding client spot, we collect your business name, your name, email address, town and state, main service and any notes you add.
- Public business information. To prepare your Quick Score and Snapshot, we look up publicly available information about your business and nearby competitors, such as Google ratings, review counts and search rankings.
- Basic technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and to keep the site running.
We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we do not track you across other websites.
How we use your information
- To prepare and send your Quick Score and Visibility Snapshot.
- To reply to your questions and follow up about your request.
- To provide, invoice and report on services you purchase.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
We never sell your information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for them to do their work:
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website.
- Web3Forms, which delivers form submissions to us by email.
- Google, which provides public business data for the Quick Score and the fonts on this site.
- Zoho, which provides our email and invoicing.
- Stripe, which processes payments if you become a client. We never see or store your full card number.
We may also disclose information if required by law.
Emails from us
If you request a Snapshot, we will email it to you along with a short follow-up. If you would rather not hear from us, reply and say so, and we will stop.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required for tax and business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@bluestonelocal.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Security
This site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and we limit access to your information to the people who need it to serve you. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect what you share.
Children
This website is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
